The RecordPoint Customer Onboarding service commences once your RecordPoint subscription agreement is countersigned with the goal of having content in the RecordPoint Platform as quickly as possible, to deliver value and ROI.

You will receive a welcome email from your Account Manager welcoming you to RecordPoint and outlining your customer onboarding experience.

Tenant Provisioning

Instructions for how to provision your test and production tenants will be sent ahead of the kick-off meeting for you to action.

The onboarding kick-off meeting is designed to review and agree:
