Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC)
ACQSC implemented RecordPoint in 2021, managing information in SharePoint Online and network file shares to the requirements of the National Archives Act. RecordPoint also supported the agency in migrating legacy data from TRIM (now OpenText). ACQSC subsequently trained RecordPoint’s automated classification solution to cover most of their record corpus with greater than 80% accuracy.
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC)
ASIC has been a customer of RecordPoint since 2014. After migrating from SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online, the Commission now manages electronic and physical records together in the RecordPoint. The Commission uses RecordPoint to manage its complex governance requirements, aided by automated data classification through metadata-based classification rules, and the platform’s enterprise reporting capabilities to better manage data complexity and evaluate risk posture.
The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA)
APRA has managed records with RecordPoint since 2015. In 2022, APRA migrated its physical records to RecordPoint from the legacy solution TRIM (now OpenText). APRA is now migrating digital content to Microsoft 365, with RecordPoint ensuring compliance. As APRA has undertaken this digital transformation journey, a key part of the decision to continue to partner with RecordPoint was our IRAP PROTECTED security classification.
