Records365 offers powerful and flexible functionality to help your organization manage and maintain your estate of Physical Records.
Use Profiles to enforce the metadata entry that your organization requires on Physical Records, Folders and Boxes. You can now empower your custodians to Create and Maintain Physical Records with Records365, using the simple and familiar interface. Classification, Disposal and all other Records365 functionality works seamlessly with both your Physical and Electronic content.
Use Locations to track your Physical Records as they move around your organization, with a customized hierarchy for your different storage locations. Loans allow users to request Physical Records from other locations, and Barcode Scanning makes it easy for frontline workers to manage Physical assets in a warehouse or archive context.
The Records365 Physical Records module requires an additional subscription. If ‘Physical’ and ‘Locations’ are not visible under ‘Manage’ in the left navigation pane, then the Physical Records module is not active for your organization.
